If your workplace uses the Persona system for employee scheduling and time clocking, then this is for you. The bookmarklet below allows the user to convert a weekly schedule in Persona’s ESS view to an iCalendar file.
Each shift is converted into an iCalendar event. Visit this page to set the summary and location fields.

Now, just log into Persona, go to My Schedule, and select the week that you want to export. Click the bookmarklet, and an iCalendar file should begin downloading. Just import it into your calendar application (e.g. Microsoft Outlook or Google Calendar).
